Beta & status

During the beta phase, no real payments are charged. Any test payments are processed exclusively through Stripe's test environment and will not affect real payment cards.

Terms of use & subscription

Use of the service

MyWaveWithin offers digital content in the form of guided meditations and sound healing. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, or make content available to third parties.

Subscription

Access to all content requires an active subscription at €2.50 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month and is charged via the payment method provided at sign-up.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time without notice. To cancel, please contact us at contact@mywavewithin.com. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used periods.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As MyWaveWithin delivers digital content that you actively begin using upon sign-up, the right of withdrawal is waived from the moment you access the content. You accept this at sign-up, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Pricing & payment

All prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details on our own servers.

Changes

We reserve the right to change prices and terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer

Meditation & sound healing

Guided meditations and soundscapes are wellness tools for personal use. They do not constitute treatment for illness or mental health conditions, and we make no promises of specific effects or outcomes.

Important notice

In rare cases, meditation may provoke uncomfortable experiences, particularly for individuals with certain mental health conditions such as PTSD, psychosis, severe anxiety, or dissociative disorders. If you are in treatment or have a psychiatric diagnosis, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Stop the session and seek professional help if you experience significant distress during or after use.

Limitation of liability

MyWaveWithin shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our content or services. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy policy

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is MyWaveWithin (see section 01).

Third parties we share data with

Stripe, Inc. — processes payments on our behalf. Stripe is PCI DSS certified and stores card data securely under a data processing agreement. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

Access — request information about the data we hold about you.
Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
Erasure — have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten").
Restriction — request that we limit the processing of your data.
Portability — receive your data in a readable format.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We only use the absolute minimum. No tracking, no advertising cookies.
